Directions
1. Staring you in the face and knees in Table stance, breathe in the right knee to the temple, adjusting the spine.

Advantages + Contraindications
Advantages: Tiger posture warms and extends the back muscles and spine. Tiger posture reinforces the center body and fortifies the apprehensive, lymphatic and regenerative frameworks.
