Guidelines
1. Come into a situated position with the posterior on the floor, then fold the legs, putting the feet straightforwardly beneath the knees. Lay the hands on the knees or the lap with the palms confronting up or down.

3. Unwind the face, jaw, and stomach. Give the tongue a chance to lay on the top of the mouth, simply behind the front teeth.
4. Inhale profoundly through the nose down into the tummy. Hold the length of agreeable.
Advantages + Contraindications
Advantages: Easy posture is an agreeable situated position for reflection. This stance open the hips, protracts the spine and advances groundedness and internal quiet.
